Ruby Arun, Founder and CEO, alongside Kate McCully, Board Member, were honored to accept the 2024 Rotary Club Community Grant at the Rotary Club Allocation Banquet on behalf of Mission:MathMinds. With this consecutive investment from the Rotary Club, we're thrilled to expand our programs as we work to empower girls and maximize our impact on the next generation of female leaders.

Mission:MathMinds’ recent achievement of collecting over 53,000 books through a book drive initiative is a testament to their commitment to children's education worldwide.

In a remarkable show of commitment to empowering student communities in STEM, Mission:MathMinds made an inspiring visit to the Morrill Math and Science Academy on October 10th, 2023. The highlight of the day was a generous donation of $50,000 of STEM resources aimed at enhancing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education at the academy.

Tuesday's program will explore why representation matters, how diversity fuels innovation, and why diverse teams excel in tackling major challenges.

Our founder, Ruby Arun, recently engaged in a crucial meeting with Principal Megan Kelly of Rolling Meadows High School (RMHS). This meeting revolved around future collaborations between Mission:MathMinds and RMHS, with the aim of enhancing STEM education and opportunities for the RMHS and D214 students.

Thousands of books heading to Ukrainian refugee children were given a hopeful send-off Sunday at Kumon Math and Reading Center in Rolling Meadows.

Mission:MathMinds is incredibly honored to receive official recognition from Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi for our donation of over $20,000 worth of books to local districts: SD54, CCSD15, and more. Congressman Krishnamoorthi has supported Mission:MathMinds since being a speaker at our 2022 National Conference and we look forward to continued collaborations to create more awareness and local impact.

Ruby Arun, a sophomore at William Fremd High School in Palatine, is expanding her mission to inspire girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math fields.

With great honor, Mission:MathMinds was recognized by the District 15 Board of Education for our generous donation of over 2,000 books, as part of our STEM Awareness Campaign, where we collected over 15,000 books, valued at over $160,000.

There is no bigger gift than the gift of knowledge through books for those who need it. Recently, Mission:MathMinds had the pleasure of donating more than 2,000 books to the elementary / middle school and foster care children of Northwest Suburban Illinois. The joy expressed by the hundreds of children seeing the gift of books was invaluable.

We are so excited to share the Mission:MathMinds Winter Wonders 2022! As a result of many volunteers, hours contributed, and funds donated, we were able to spread joy through our mission to over 1,000 students. An absolute joy to support the students at District 15, Shelter Inc, and Early Childhood Block Grant located locally in the Northwest suburbs.

Mission:MathMinds attended the Microsoft BCGT STEM Workshop Event on Friday, October 21 - a day full of meeting female role models and learning about the wonderful STEM programs and mentors out there to support middle and high school.
